Some of the changes:
- GM Lite and FULL will no longer exists, it will be only 1 with features of both.
- Totally new translation system, anyone can translate
it to your own language now, and can translate even the message inside warcraft

users will help me translate to another languages!

enabled/disabled now (before it was always enabled)
- Now you can enable/disable the feature to unlock all country from room list (admins was using it to detect ppl using garenamaster, asking for screen shot, it's now disabled by default)
